Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Joynest Studio does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, content, security, or practices.
Advertising
Some Services may display advertisements supplied by third-party advertising providers. Joynest Studio does not necessarily control the content of individual advertisements. Your interaction with an advertiser or advertised product or service is between you and the relevant third party.
Purchases & Subscriptions
Some Services may offer one-time purchases, consumable digital items, subscriptions, premium functionality, or other paid products. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google Play's applicable terms and payment policies.
Subscriptions
- A subscription may renew automatically unless canceled.
- Renewal is generally charged through the applicable application marketplace.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account or relevant marketplace account.
- Deleting or uninstalling an application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.
The purchase screen presented before checkout will provide the applicable price, billing period, and other relevant subscription information.
Free Trials & Promotions
Certain products may occasionally include free trials, introductory pricing, promotional offers, or other benefits. Such offers are available only when expressly displayed before purchase.
Joynest Studio does not guarantee that any product will include a free trial. Terms, eligibility, duration, and pricing for promotions may vary and will be presented at the time the offer is made.
Updates & Changes to Services
We may update applications, add or remove functionality, modify interfaces, change technical requirements, replace third-party providers, modify pricing, or discontinue features or Services. Some updates may be required for continued use or compatibility with newer operating systems. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available indefinitely.
Suspension & Termination
Where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, your activity presents a security risk, your use infringes third-party rights, we are legally required to act, or continued operation is no longer commercially or technically practical. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Joynest Studio does not warrant that a Service will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, meet every user's requirements, remain compatible with every device, or that third-party content and services will remain available. Automated or AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joynest Studio and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from or relating to your use or inability to use the Services, loss of data, loss of profits or revenue, third-party content or services, unauthorized access, user-provided content, or reliance on automated output.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joynest Studio and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, material violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or content you provide or process through the Services.

App-Specific Terms
Certain applications may require additional conditions because of their particular features or business model.
Supplemental terms may be displayed within an application, on its Google Play listing, on a product-specific page, or before a particular feature is used. If supplemental terms conflict with these general Terms regarding a specific product or feature, the supplemental terms will control for that product or feature.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms to reflect changes in products, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are published. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
Unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms will be governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by competent courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected where they cannot legally be waived.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable supplemental product terms, constitute the agreement between you and Joynest Studio concerning your use of the Services.
