Overview

Joynest Studio respects the intellectual property rights of creators, developers, publishers, artists, photographers, broadcasters, copyright owners, and other rights holders.

This DMCA & Copyright Policy applies generally to mobile applications, websites, digital products, and related Services published or operated by Joynest Studio. We expect users to use content only when they have appropriate ownership, permission, authorization, or another lawful basis.

02

Nature of Our Services

Joynest Studio publishes applications across multiple categories. Depending on the Service, an application may allow users to view or interact with user-selected content, import files or URLs, edit photos or videos, process media, create content, organize files, use artificial intelligence tools, access third-party services, or perform other user-directed actions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific product, we do not claim ownership of third-party content that users access, import, process, or create using our Services.

03

Copyright Compliance

Joynest Studio does not authorize users to use our Services for copyright infringement. You must not knowingly reproduce copyrighted works without authorization, distribute infringing material, circumvent copyright protection systems, facilitate access to unlawfully distributed content, misappropriate third-party intellectual property, or unlawfully remove copyright management information.

04

Submitting a Copyright or DMCA Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that material associated with a Joynest Studio Service infringes your copyrighted work, you may submit a written copyright infringement notification.

Required information

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work. Identify the work you believe has been infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material. Provide sufficient information to locate it, such as app name, Google Play URL, feature name, URL, screenshot, file name, or content description.
  3. Your contact information. Provide full legal name, organization if applicable, mailing address, telephone number where appropriate, and email address.
  4. Good-faith statement. State that you have a good-faith belief that the complained-of use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  5. Accuracy and authority statement. State that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
  6. Signature. Provide a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Please provide complete information to help us review your request efficiently.

06

Our Review Process

After receiving a sufficiently complete notice, Joynest Studio may review the information, request additional details, investigate the reported material or functionality, determine whether the matter falls within our technical control, restrict relevant functionality where appropriate, remove content under our control where appropriate, take reasonable technical measures, notify relevant users where legally appropriate, cooperate with rights holders or lawful authorities where required, and inform the complainant of material action where appropriate.

07

Third-Party Content Outside Our Control

Some Services may interact with user-provided files or URLs, third-party websites, external servers, APIs, cloud platforms, or other independent services. Joynest Studio may not host or control such material.

Where allegedly infringing material is stored entirely on infrastructure operated by another party, we may be technically unable to remove the source material. In such circumstances, we may recommend contacting the website owner, hosting provider, platform operator, or other entity that directly controls the material. Where appropriate and technically feasible, we may still take action concerning functionality within our own Services.

08

User-Generated or User-Provided Content

Where a Joynest Studio Service allows user-generated, imported, or user-provided content, each user is responsible for ensuring they possess sufficient rights to that content. Providing a technical tool that can process content does not constitute authorization from Joynest Studio to infringe copyright.

09

Counter-Notification

If content or access to material under your control has been removed or disabled because of a copyright notification and you believe the action resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where applicable.

A counter-notification should include your physical or electronic signature; identification and previous location of the material; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled because of mistake or misidentification; your name and contact information; and any jurisdictional consent statements required under applicable DMCA procedures.

10

Repeat Infringers

Where a Service supports user accounts or other identifiable repeat-use mechanisms, Joynest Studio may restrict or terminate users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights when appropriate and legally required. We may also take reasonable measures designed to prevent repeated misuse of our Services.

11

Misrepresentation & Abuse

Submit copyright complaints in good faith.

Knowingly making false or materially misleading claims concerning copyright ownership or infringement may have legal consequences. Under Section 512(f) of the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that content is infringing, or that content was removed by mistake, may be liable for certain damages.

You should consider obtaining independent legal advice if you are uncertain whether a particular use constitutes infringement.

12

Trademarks & Other Intellectual Property

This policy primarily addresses copyright complaints. For complaints involving trademark infringement, counterfeit branding, impersonation, unauthorized use of logos, or other intellectual property concerns, contact Joynest Studio and clearly describe the right you own, the allegedly infringing material, the applicable Service, and the legal basis for the complaint.

13

No Legal Advice

Information provided in this policy is intended for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice. Submission of a copyright complaint does not create an attorney-client or fiduciary relationship with Joynest Studio.

14

Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA & Copyright Policy as our Services, legal requirements, or copyright processes evolve. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
